Honestly, Frank was great. He was very proactive in finding us properties and listening to what it was that we wanted and was patient with our preferences. He was really good about getting us showings. He was very punctual and was motivated to help. He got us into a contract within a few weeks. He was helpful in getting us usable information for our unique situation. He has strong local knowledge of Southern Nassau County. He was personable and easy to relate to.

Frank has always gone the extra mile in renting then selling my home. He is courteous and worked quickly to get my property on the market. Understood the market and recommended the right price to sell my apartment. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a agent. All of the above Frank was excellent. But what most stood out was his patience. Selling could have been stressful but he was a very calming and patient person. I’m very grateful. I currently live in London UK and Frank was such a god-send with all the administration/legwork needed to get my apartment sold - ie delivering keys, picking up keys from previous tenant etc. Even recommending a lawyer. All of this would have been difficult whilst living in London. I didnt think twice about selling during covid because Frank had rented my apartment for me previously (twice) and had always been professional and knowledgeable. As previously stated Frank is a hard working agent who puts his clients first. If he could sell my next home in Florida, I would hire him again. I highly recommend him. Especially in Island Park where he resides, he knows everything about the town and surrounding neighborhoods and towns. If I had 3 thumbs he would get a 3 thumb rating from us.
